What is coaching?
It is a partnership where the Coach facilitates the exploration of the client’s values, aspirations, challenges and more to generate focused action. When taken these actions can lead to the client making lasting change, reaching their fullest potential and creating a fulfilling life.
So how does a Coach do that?
A coach does this through regular sessions - either face to face, via phone or a program like Skype. During the session the Coach facilitates a conversation centred on the Client. The Client does most of the talking while the Coaching is fully present. The Coach then uses a range of skill like presence, deep listen, questioning, offering insights, reminding you of your strengths, posing challenges and providing useful tools. It is an organic process and full of surprises! It is beautiful to be a part of.
